If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment to register. Please bring:

• Current GP, Dentist’s or Specialist’s referral
• List of current medications including over the counter and prescription medications
• Any relevant test results including X-rays/scans
• Medicare card and private health insurance fund details
